I was back at Sundridge Park yesterday to provide flowers for Sarah and Chris' wedding. Sarah had chosen a white/ivory colour scheme using ivory roses, white hydrangea, white peonies, and white stocks.
Chris wore an Avalanche rose buttohole and the rest of the bridal party wore ivory Akito rose buttonholes (not pictured). Sarah carried a hand tied bouquet of ivory Akito roses with diamante and the bridesmaids each carried a single Avalanche rose (not pictured).
For the table arrangements I provided arrangements of white hydrangea, white peonies, white stocks with mini pittosporum foliage, placed on a clear martini vase. The flowers were beautiful - two of my favourites, hydrangea and peonies.
For the head table I arranged a selection of vintage style vases along the head table each holding a single flower - either a peony, rose, hydrangea or germni all with a little foliage. Crystals were sprinkled in between the vases. It was a lovely alternative to the traditional long low head table arrangement.
The room was finished off with white chair covers and ivory organza bows.
The rest of the venue was dressed with bay trees outside finished with fairy lights and ivory organza bows (not pictured), hurricane lamps with pillar candles and fresh rose petals (not pictured) and ivory organza swags on the staircase - one of my favourite weddings this year.No weddings next weekend so no blog - I'm off to see the wizard!!
